Description Scientific Marketing Manager (Healthcare professional marketing manager) This position reports into the Head of Marketing for South Africa and is based at Cape Town, Western Cape.

What You Will Do As head of the Scientific Marketing Team, you will assume the responsibility for the execution of a strategic plan for the clinical marketing components of strategic growth product lines through partnering with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic plan for the clinical marketing components of strategic growth product lines.Drive awareness and enthusiasm for products through tailored messaging in HCP education and engagement programs.Develop and implement HCP engagement strategy by analyzing HCP education needs and partnering with the sales team.Create and refine educational/training programs for HCPs and the HCP sales team.Support new product launches and local brands from a scientific perspective.Implement HCP marketing strategy for regional brands.Conduct product training for internal sales teams and external HCP education opportunities.Work closely with Medical Affairs to identify regional opinion leaders and support sales team events.Attend and support company activities at relevant scientific and technical meetings and conferences.Consult with the medical affairs team to manage post-market studies strategy.What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications PHD in Chemistry, Biology, or Life Sciences.Minimum 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry.Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.Strong relationship-building and project management skills.Ability to analyze and communicate clinical study designs and results.Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.Willingness to assist in areas outside of core responsibilities.Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.What's In It For You Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time, Summer Fridays & More!Learning & Development OpportunitiesEmployee Resource GroupsKenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
