Hast Counsellor Driver - Queenstown

Purpose of the position: To provide efficient, safe and reliable services of transporting teams in support of community outreach and facility service activities to provide clinical services within the serviced districts as required.
Opportunistically mobilizes clients to access HIV and TB services and offer HIV counselling and TB screening services for the targeted population groups including men, adolescent boys and children <19 years.
Assist in tracking and tracing of lost to follow ups (LTFU) where possible.
Facilitate linkage to care, promote health, and support the district team to improve its outputs.
Work within a team to ensure the attainment of the 95-95-95 cascade.
The incumbent will be based at the district offices to ease the movement within the district.
