hardworking, well-spoken and experienced Sales Consultant to join the team.
The ideal candidate should have a solid sales rep experience with
previous Hardware sales working with suppliers in the Hardware Industry

You need to have an outgoing personality with customer satisfaction
being your number one priority, the successful candidate will have the ability and confidence to attack
the market .
Duties & Responsibilities
Build on
current Data base as well as find prospects and leadsLearn
details about our Suppliers products and services as well as the
oppositionUnderstand
all the prospects needs, problems or wants of the members Build
Long term relationships with Suppliers /Buyers/members (store owners)Investigate
leads and conduct research to find out about them as much as possible
before contactingConsult
with sales and marketing team to ensure the efficiencyTrack and
monitor your workPrepare
and present weekly and monthly reportAttend
customer supplier days and eventsStay up
to date with the latest sales trends and best practices Report to
the management team Work
with suppliers and Members on Purchases enquiries , credit application on
quotations , as requested by members and follow up on outstanding quotes
or credit application .Able
to ascertain the needs of our members and give effective and efficient
customer service.Ensure
that the members experience makes the our business a preferred buying
group to our members and potential members . Communicate
accurately and timeously within strict time frames. Maintain
good relationships within the business and the members base. Plan
and coordinate the sales efforts to achieve and exceed the sales targets
on new business.Provide
feedback to management on members and market information. Commit
to mastering your knowledge of the applications, features and benefits of
the products stocked by our suppliers . Educate
our members on the suppliers product range and be able to offer our
members a variety of products from our suppliers range as a solution to a
members requirements (Upselling). Investigate new suppliers and
their products and keep up to date with new developments and products. Telephonic
sales and customer queries must be handled in a professional and efficient
manner.Must
participate in new product launches, promotions, shows, demonstrations and
training as required by the company. Find
and develop new sales leads. Daily
Marketing of suppliers deals and promo to promote to the members .Co-ordinate
marketing campaigns such as market days with members to increase their
sales activities. Identify competitor's strengths and weaknesses.
