The purpose of this role is to perform basic maintenance of buildings, equipment and other small jobs in the region that may be required from time to time.
Overtime may be required at the manager's discretion.
With Hollywoodbets You Will:Innovate and create as part of a like-minded, authentic Team eager to achieve goals.Embrace challenges and the thrill of working in a vibrant and fast-paced industry.Grow with our development plans and culture that allows you to further your career.You Bring:1 year experience in general building upkeep knowledge (Electrical, plumbing, painting, ceilings, generators and air conditioning).Valid driver's license.A bonus to have:Matric.What You'll Do For The Brand:Maintain the look and feel of all branches.Liaise regularly with the BM/STL and perform daily and weekly checks within the region.Undertake generator tests and ensure that fuel levels are at reasonable levels at all times.Report any leakage of the water mains and, where possible, undertake minor repairs.Ability to work closely with the region's project manager during minor upgrades, revamps, and new shop fit-outs.Basic handling skills of power/general tools.Intermediate administrative skills e.g., controlling regular services of equipment, air conditioning changes, cleaning services, etc.Maintenance of all air-conditioning types and extractors.What You'll Bring To The Team:Strong negotiation skills.Strong sense of accountability.Good relationship management.So, are you ready to level up, learn, and perform at your best?
