This role requires a hands-on, solution-oriented individual who canefficiently handle multiple tasks and maintain high standards in a dynamic, high-energy setting.Key Responsibilities:? Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct general maintenance and repairs on officefacilities, including plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, painting, and HVAC systems.? Routine Inspections: Perform regular inspections of facilities to identify and addressany maintenance issues or potential hazards before they become problematic.? Emergency Repairs: Respond promptly to emergency repair requests, ensuring thatissues are resolved quickly to minimize disruption to operations.? Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and repair office equipment and appliances asneeded, ensuring they are in proper working order.? Facilities Upkeep: Manage and coordinate cleaning and upkeep of common areas,including restrooms, break rooms, and meeting spaces.? Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies andtools, ensuring that all necessary materials are stocked and readily available.? Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safeworking environment.
Report any safety hazards or compliance issues to management.? Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and team members to coordinatemaintenance activities and address facility-related concerns.? Documentation: Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and servicerequests.
Provide reports on completed tasks and outstanding issues.
Qualifications:? Experience: Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role.Experience in a fast-paced or BPO environment is a plus.? Skills: Strong skills in a variety of maintenance and repair areas, including plumbing,electrical work, carpentry, and HVAC systems.? Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach toidentifying and addressing issues.? Communication: Good communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively withteam members and report maintenance needs clearly.? Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting,bending, and climbing, as required by the role.? Time Management: Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasksand manage multiple requests efficiently.?
