RESPONSIBILITIES Obtain work order records and file all related maintenance paperwork.
Respond to the maintenance needs and file all related maintenance paperwork.
Respond to the maintenance needs and keep management informed.
Responsible for effective completing assigned maintenance duties Continuously check and inspect buildings to identify maintenance needs respond promptly and effectively.
Checks exterior of buildings and identify problem areas but not limited to: Lights inside toilets, foyer, passages, stairways, parking areas, and external security lights.
All fitting in the toilets (taps and basic urinals).
All equipment such as air conditioning plant, standby pumps, sump pump, water tanks, water feature equipment.
All fire equipment and ensure that all are familiar with hoe the emergency equipment functions and the emergency procedures.
