The successful incumbent will be responsible for performing basic maintenance of buildings, grounds, equipment and other small jobs in the region that may be required from time to time. Overtime may be required as per managers discretion.
With Hollywoodbets You Will: Innovate and create as part of a like-minded, authentic Team eager to achieve goals.Embrace challenges and the thrill of working in a vibrant and fast-paced industry.Grow with our development plans and culture that allows you to further your career.You Bring: General building upkeep knowledge (Electrical, plumbing, painting, ceilings, generators and air conditioning).Valid driver's license.What You'll Do for The Brand: Undertake general upkeep and maintenance of building.Liaise regularly with the Building Manager and perform daily and weekly inspections.Undertake generator tests and ensuring that fuel levels are always at reasonable levels .Report any leakage of the water mains and where possible undertake minor repairs.Ability to work closely with Building manager during minor upgrades, revamps and new fit-outs.Basic handling skills of power/general toolsIntermediate administrative skills i.e. controlling regular services of equipment, air conditioning changes, cleaning services etc.Maintenance of all air-condition types and extractors.What You'll Bring to The Team: Good communication and Interpersonal skills.Excellent negotiation skills and Accountability.Impressive planning, organizational and time management skills.Good business acumen and high ethical work standards.Ability to multitask and show initiatives work standards.Ability to work under pressure and still produce good quality results timeouslyPlease note that only candidates who meet the stipulated minimum requirements will be considered.
