As a Financial Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing our financial operations.You will be responsible for preparing accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and supporting our financial planning and analysis functions.Responsibilities:If you are a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a proven track record in financial management, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:Prepare comprehensive month-end reports and deliver monthly financial statements within strict deadlines.Complete monthly and quarterly tax and VAT returns accurately and in a timely manner.Develop and manage monthly management and group reporting packs.Respond to financial inquiries and provide insightful data analysis.Conduct month-end reconciliations for debtors, creditors, bank accounts, intercompany accounts, and other key accounts.Create and maintain detailed spreadsheets and/or databases for recording, monitoring, and compiling financial information.Prepare board reports and support board meetings with accurate financial data.Perform internal audits, focusing primarily on stock-related activities.Assist with audit compliance and internal control responsibilities to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.Contribute to the preparation of quarterly financial forecasts and strategic financial planning.Handle tax reporting and inventory processing with precision.Undertake ad hoc duties to support the finance team and ensure smooth financial operations.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA).Proven experience as a Financial Manager or similar role, demonstrating expertise in financial reporting, reconciliation, and compliance.Strong understanding of tax regulations, VAT returns, and financial forecasting.Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to various stakeholders.*Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted*
