A well-established and reputable manufacturing company based in Edenvale is seeking to employ a half-day bookkeeper urgently.
Requirements Diploma at a tertiary institute (Financial)Computer literate Sage Accounting Software and MS Excel and WordBookkeeping Experience 5 yearsHigh attention to detail and accuracy.Able to work under pressure.Excellent verbal and communication skills.Responsible and reliable. Duties Include but not limited to: Daily cashbooksDebtors and creditors accounting function.Cashbook postings and reconciliations.Manage expenses and budget.Administer Petty-Cash payments/allocations and reconciliations.VAT Reconciliations.General Administrative Work / Other Duties Required by Management.Feedback to management *Bookkeeping to trial balance
