Client based in JHB North seeks the services of Hailables Operations Specialist with 2-3 years experience for the duration of 1 year. Responsible for the on-ground support for 'Hailables.' The role involves gathering local intelligence, managing the Marketplace, overseeing Supply, and ultimately acting as an owner for the hailables product, based in South Africa. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesStakeholder Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet partners and other key stakeholders. Address concerns and issues from stakeholders promptly and effectively, both internally within the company's business and externally.Fleet Management:Oversee the onboarding and engagement of drivers. Ensure the fleet is well-maintained and drivers are equipped to provide high-quality service. Implement initiatives to improve driver satisfaction, loyalty, and overall fleet efficiency.Compliance and Safety:Ensure adherence to all compliance and safety requirements. Develop and implement safety protocols and training programs for drivers. Monitor and report on compliance and safety performance.Market Intelligence:Gather and analyze local intelligence to understand market needs and opportunities. Stay informed about local regulations affecting ride-sharing services.Marketplace Management:Understand and manage the dynamics of the Marketplace. Implement strategies to balance supply and demand efficiently.Product Ownership:Act as the owner for the Hailables product, taking full responsibility for its success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Operations, to drive product improvements. Develop and execute plans to grow the user base and enhance user experience.Operational Efficiency:Implement processes to enhance the efficiency of operations. Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
