Gymnastics Coaching Position

Job description.
Rhythmic Gymnastics coach:Coaching is helping an individual realize their inner potential.Job Purpose : Maximise participation and Performance.
Initiative to approach re-schools/creches and schools to promote the business and services on open days etc. Duties and Responsibilities: Coaching times required Pre-schools on chosen mornings Times and Days:2:30-5:30pm on a Monday and Tuesdays1:30-5:30pm on a Wednesday and Thursday2:30-5:30pm on FridaysIt is expected to be available for all home competitions.The girls need a coach to be with them at a competition.
Before and during.
Even though they act as little adults, they need a mentor to keep them company, to know a coach is looking out for them, keep them warm, keep silence, keep their focus, motivate and keep them calm. Personality: A Growth mindset, Patience, Professionalism, Motivator, Enthusiastic, Clear Communicator, Life long learning, Passion for kids and movement. Admin Basic EXCEL and WORD needed. Letters, Results, newspaper articles and info. Planning: The gym and each area: Year, Term, Week, Lessons and each GYMNAST (Inc. their year, term, level, routines, training times, outfits and apparatus) Advertising and Class opportunity (More classes can be made in future to suit coaches and gymnasts needs to help grow all aspects) Fundraising, Workshops, Motivators, Birthday calendar for gymnasts and parentsCompetition organizing, Course attending and organizingEVENTS: World Gymnastrada 2027 Portugal
