Guide Requirements: At least 3-4 years of experience as a guide in a luxury lodge is advantageousFGASA Lead Trails is preferred, candidates with back-up trails will be considered Must have valid and up-to-date PDP, ARH, First Aid and NDT An understanding of vehicle & lodge maintenance is an advantageMust be well-presented, confident, and well-spokenMust be passionate about conservation and guest experienceShould be an excellent team player with a great work ethicMust reference incredibly wellPartner 2 Requirements -Experience in any of the following roles will be considered:Housekeeping ManagerStock ControllerSpa TherapistReservationistWork cycle 21 days on and 9 days off (this includes annual leave)Uniform providedAll meals during the 21 days onSingle accommodation with en-suite bathroom and showerGratuities as per company policy
