Guesthouse Manager

This role requires the candidate to provide exceptional guest experiences, oversee staff management, and ensure the financial success and effective marketing of the establishment. Key responsibilities include: Guest Services: Ensuring an enjoyable and memorable experience for all guests. Staff Management: Supervising and motivating team members to maintain high standards. Financial Performance: Overseeing budgets, financial reporting, and cost control. Marketing: Promoting the guesthouse to enhance visibility and occupancy. Maintenance: Managing facility upkeep and addressing repairs or improvements promptly. Candidates must be SA citizens and have a diploma in Hospitality.
