Guest Service Representative

As a Guest Services Host, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service through ticket sales, booking creation, guest check-in, and dealing with guest inquiries. It is important to create a great first impression for our Skyline guests while offering assistance and information about Skyline products and services. The successful applicant will be professional yet energetic and confident, with the initiative to work independently and proactively. You must be available to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays.
