GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER / "GRO" - Medical Rejuvenation Spa FRANSCHOEK - Cape Winelands (Western-Cape) - South Africa STARTING DATE: A.S.A.P REPORTS to: Operations Manger / MD TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS: Tuesday to Sunday (days off rotate) 08:30 - 18:00 including break CLOSED on Mondays & Select Public Holidays 15 Working days off per annual leave cycle REMUNERATION & COMPANY BENEFITS: R15,000 per month (Gross) Incentives (at management's discretion) Medical Aid contribution QUALIFICATIONS: Matric (Grade 12) / Senior National Certificate Somatology / Health & Skin Care / Cosmetology related diploma ITEC / CIDESCO / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / SAAHSP or similar internationally accredited qualification Medical association certification - BONUS Secretarial or Personal Assistance certification - BONUS SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Eloquent in English - writing and conversation Beautifully groomed & well presented, the face of the business Experience operating the front desk of an Aesthetic Clinic, Day Spa or Salon Knowledge & understanding of the aesthetic industry Exceptional guest/patient relations Computer literate & skilled in booking software including ESP, Social Media & MS Office KPI: Digital communication with guests Guest preparation for services Attend to queries Operate incoming calls, e-mails or walk-ins Concierge services (recommendations for accommodations & activies) Guest check-in & check-out Marketing
