Guest House Manager

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Guest House Manager to oversee the operations of our 4-star guest house with 25 rooms.
As the Guest House Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and maintaining the overall efficiency and profitability of the establishment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the guest house, including front desk operations, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes, providing excellent customer service to guests.
- Supervise and train staff members, ensuring they adhere to the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain guests, including marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and maintain the guest house's financial performance.
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the guest rooms, public areas, and facilities.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring prompt resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a 4-star guest house or hotel.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office.
- Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
