Guest Experience Manager

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality/service industry.

•Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Presentable and well spoken

•Outgoing and social personality.

• Must be results driven and able to work under pressure

• Valid Driver''s License

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Willing to travel at short notice and sometimes for long periods of time.

•Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach,

• Hospitality or management qualifications are a plus.

• Advanced level of computer literacy .Preferably KZN based
