Lead the Club Sofitel Operations in providing exceptional Food and Beverage offerings to our most loyal and distinguished guests.
Blending Rooms knowledge with Food and Beverage services, this role requires you to mix both disciplines to ensure effective management of the department to ensure an unparalleled guest experience.
Establish standards, expectations and metrics to ensure the team and operation perform at the highest level to exceed the expectations of the guest.
Target profitability for the business whilst maintaining high standards.
Create and maintain business reports reflecting operational movement.
Ensure that strategies, policies, standard operating procedures and practices are formulated and ensure that effective conflict resolution enables meeting financial and service quality targets.
