Guest Experience Curator
for a 4-star hotel located in Sea Point. This role is perfect for a creative and service-focused individual who is passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences. As the Guest Experience Curator, you will be responsible for enhancing every aspect of a guest's stay, ensuring personalised service and exceeding their expectations.
Responsibilities:
Create unique and personalized experiences for guests, tailoring activities, recommendations, and services to meet individual preferences.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Coordinate with hotel departments (housekeeping, F&B, concierge, etc.) to deliver seamless and exceptional service.
Plan and curate bespoke activities, tours, and experiences both within the hotel and the surrounding area, catering to both leisure and business travelers.
Greet VIP and repeat guests upon arrival, ensuring personalized service throughout their stay.
Gather feedback from guests to continuously improve the guest experience and identify new trends and opportunities.
Maintain a high standard of service in all guest interactions, upholding the hotel's reputation for excellence.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote unique guest experiences and special events.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a guest-facing role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a 4 or 5-star environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A passion for creating memorable guest experiences and going above and beyond for guests.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and activities is an advantage.
