Kendrick Recruitment is Currently Seeking a Guest Service Coordinator!
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences? Join a dynamic team as a Guest Service Coordinator, where you'll ensure every moment in our lodge is memorable!
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, cellar, and lounge area.
Manage stock levels and storerooms, conducting weekly and monthly inventories.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding service from your team.
Train and manage staff to uphold exceptional service standards.
Handle guest complaints swiftly and effectively, implementing strategies for improvement.
Coordinate seamlessly with other departments for smooth service delivery.
Be responsible for all equipment, glassware, cutlery, and crockery in these areas.
Collaborate with the kitchen team for meal service coordination.
Maintain excellent communication with the Front of House team, kitchen, and management.
Present menus and wine lists attractively.
Assist with Guest Delight stops as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer and Restaurant Manager.
Excellent communication skills, capable of hosting international guests.
Positive attitude and high energy are a must!
Proficient in computer use.
In-depth knowledge of wines (for upselling) and food service.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts.
Familiarity with hospitality industry standards (Customer Service Excellence, Food Safety, Staff Training, Stock Control, Guest Feedback).
Flexibility to work split shifts.
Well-groomed with a valid driver's license.
