Job Description Essential Job Functions Capture all supplier invoices, claims and or returns accurately on the ARCH system. Expedite outstanding purchase orders by following up on delivery with suppliers. Update master data for items on the ARCH system. Update supplier price list master data on the ARCH system. Update selling prices on the ARCH system. Liaise with suppliers and follow up on claims and queries. Ensure all paperwork is up to date to support the Accounts Department and ensure expedited payments within required terms. Assist with poster changes and price updates in the store. Key Performance Indicators All invoices captured accurately and timeously. All updates done accurately and timeously. Build a strong relationship with the suppliers. Paperwork submitted to Accounts to be complete and accurate. Coordinate and manage requirements with appointed HSE consultants to implement OHS act requirements. Delegate as appropriate. Qualifications and Experience Grade 12 At least 3 years' experience in a similar role Computer literate Own reliable transport Willing to work on Retail Hours
