Essential Criteria Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science or a related field. Experience: 3 5 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing or a similar role. Track record: Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns. Remote Work: Ability to work remotely. Fintech Experience: Experience in the fintech industry is beneficial. Network and Connections: Bringing a robust network of industry connections, allowing for enhanced partnership opportunities and marketing reach.
Skills and experience Data Analytics Proficiency: Experience using Google Analytics and Amazon Quicksight to uncover insights and drive informed decisions. SEO/SEM Expertise: Deep understanding of SEO best practices and SEM strategies using tools like Google AdWords to boost our online presence. Content Marketing: Exceptional writing and editing skills, experience with WordPress CMS, and the ability to manage and execute content calendars that captivate and convert. Campaign Management: Proven track record with tools like Campaign Manager, and expertise in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns. Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of mobile and web technologies, APIs, and UX design to seamlessly work with product and engineering teams. Performance Tracking: Skilful in setting KPIs, using analytics software, and creating insightful dashboards to monitor and optimize growth metrics. Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture, develop actionable plans, and adapt strategies to market changes. Creativity and Innovation: Creative problem-solving skills and a knack for designing unique marketing campaigns.
