Elum Energy is a fast-growing company based in Paris with offices in Morocco, South Africa, UAE, India, Singapore, Mexico & Brazil specialized in monitoring & control solutions for solar power plants. Elum technology allows for simple and optimized operations of rooftop solar plants or utility scale ground PV plants coupled or not with energy storage systems (batteries) and in some cases with existing thermal generation units (diesel generators).Our reference customers are constructors (EPCs) and operators (IPPs) of solar power plants and/or energy producers such as TOTAL, ENGIE, GreenYellow, SolarCentury...Our technology currently equips more than 1000 solar power plants in more than 40 countries, from 100kWp to 100MWp.Those plants directly power factories & shopping centers for example, are built to feed into the national grid (Europe), or are built to power remote / islanded cities (Caribbean, South Asia or in some African countries).Our technology, ePowerControl allows to supervise and automatically control these solar hybrid power plants in an efficient way, and its declination in different by-products allows to manage both "simple" type hybrid power plants in self-consumption and more complex power plants of several MWp in grid injection.We are looking for talented, passionate and creative profiles - sharing our passion for renewable energies - to help us build tomorrow's electricity grid!Your objective is to drive the company's growth by identifying and implementing strategies to attract new customers, increase retention, and optimize revenue.1) LEAD GENERATION / CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENTImplement and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (email marketing, sales sequences, social media, WhatsApp, etc.) to drive growth.Ensure the timely distribution of new content through Elum's digital channels, including maintaining automated emails with the latest and most relevant content for the target audience / creating high-converting landing pages to support campaign initiatives.Use A/B testing and other techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness.2) CRM MANAGEMENTMaintain the CRM database by regularly cleaning and organizing data to ensure accuracy and usability.Enrich data quality to support precise reporting, effective audience segmentation, and targeted marketing campaigns.Use insights from CRM to analyze the customer journey to inform campaign strategies and enhance customer engagement efforts.3) DATA ANALYSIS & REPORTINGAnalyze marketing performance data and create comprehensive reports for various purposes, including campaign reviews, quarterly marketing assessments, and executive-level presentations.Understand the KPIs and actionable insights necessary to inform decision-making. Track progress and identify areas for improvement.Participate in website analysis to improve on-page conversions & UX.Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging growth channels to ensure our marketing strategies remain cutting-edge and highly effective.Preferred ExperienceMinimum of 3 years experience in a digital marketing role and 2 years managing campaigns across various digital channels (email, social media, WhatsApp, etc.)You have experience working with CRM systems like HubspotYou have strong analytical skills and are comfortable with using tools to A/B test, track, and measure performanceYou are a native English speaker with outstanding copywriting skillsBonus points if you have experience with prospecting automation tools such as WaalaxyRecruitment Process1) Manager Call2) Case Study + Discussion with Head of Marketing3) HR Call
