We are seeking a motivated individual to lead Tolq's repositioning as an AI consultancy, driving strategic conversations in German-speaking markets. Your role will champion AI as a problem-solving force, shifting the mindset away from product-centric dialogues.
Skills & Experience: Native-level German proficiency (or fluency to the level of a native speaker) and a minimum of 1–2 years of experience in sales with a focus on strategic, consultative selling.Skilled in leading strategic discussions and securing buy-in from decision-makers.Experience engaging with diverse industries in strategic consultancy settings.Strong English communication skills, particularly in cross-functional and international settings.Analytical skills to pinpoint strategic AI opportunities and design consultancy-driven solutions.Familiarity with AI tools as secondary enablers in strategic contexts.Effective organizational and time management skills, with a strategic focus on engagements.Positive, adaptable attitude, with a sense of humor appreciated in a fast-evolving landscape.Enthusiasm for presenting AI-driven consultancy solutions in the German market.Multilingual skills are a plus, especially with additional European languages.
