We're looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to drive organic customer acquisition and revenue growth across global markets. Embedded within Houst's Cape Town office, you will be working side by side with the existing London-based Growth Team and reporting to the Head of Growth. You will also work closely with the sales, partnerships product team, and other stakeholders to experiment with initiatives aimed at accelerating Houst's growth and commercial success. Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Collaborate to create innovative organic growth strategies based on market trends and customer insights. User Acquisition: Execute campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract customers, measuring success against KPIs and enhancing lead generation. Conversion Optimisation: Improve conversion rates through optimised funnels and A/B testing to maximise customer value. Data Analysis: Use analytics tools (e.g., GA4) to assess campaign performance and provide actionable insights. Innovation: Stay current with industry trends, experimenting with new tools and tactics for ongoing improvement. Minimum Requirements: Strong understanding of organic marketing channels, including SEO and backlink building, social media, content marketing, email marketing, affiliate marketing, community and UGC. Experience with Web Analytics (GA4, Hotjar), Marketing Automation Tools (Klaviyo), and intermediate Excel. Curiosity and critical thinking, constantly ideating and proposing new experiments. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple projects, tight deadlines and adapting priorities.
