Growth Manager - Vaults

A vacancy exists for a Growth Manager: Vaults within the Micro Merchant Division – Product and Innovation, in Century City, Cape Town.
The Growth Manager – Vaults will assume strategic ownership and accountability for ensuring the delivery of Kazang Direct Vault deployment objectives.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Key point of contact for coordination of sales teams deploying cash vaults.
Key point of contact for drop-safe deployment partner.
Assessment and reporting of costs/revenues associated with cash-base.
Overseeing the growth of the active customer base and rand volumes processed through the base.
Strategic input into cash-acquiring products and their interface with the cashless payment ecosystem.
Managing and reporting on Vault team call cycles and related objectives.
Coordinating ancillary/support projects – drop safe deployments, rewards programmes, customer, and sales incentives etc.

In order to be considered for this position, the following requirements must be met:

Matric/Grade 12.
Experience in sales management or sales team administration is preferable.
Experience working in the informal markets of South Africa and lower LSM/informal markets is preferable.
Experience in Payments or Cash Management plus.

Technical Competencies:

Computer literacy – MS Office Suite.
