Regarding the role, Reel Unlimited is looking for a talented and motivated Growth Manager to join our team. This position offers a competitive salary for driving overall growth through a combination of sales, digital marketing, and strategic partnerships.
Tasks
Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies across multiple channels
Lead sales initiatives to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts
Create and manage social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic
Establish and manage affiliate marketing programs to expand our reach
Identify and collaborate with influencers to promote our services
Analyze performance metrics across all growth channels and optimize strategies accordingly
Collaborate with the design and content teams to create marketing materials and sales collateral
Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
Manage and optimize the sales funnel, from lead generation to conversion
Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment of growth initiatives with overall business goals
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a growth-oriented role, with a proven track record of driving results
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media, and content marketing
Experience in sales and account management
Familiarity with affiliate marketing and influencer collaboration strategies
Proficient in using analytics tools to measure and report on growth metrics
Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
