Now's the time to imagine your potential in a team where experts come together and ignite effective change.Are you someone who can: Take ownership of the Life Customised growth strategy to exceed Annual Premium Income (API) targets,Collaborate closely with relevant business units and product houses to identify growth opportunities,Execute in collaboration with the product, analytics, campaign, and marketing teams tactical plans (incl. initiatives, cross-sell opportunities, campaigns) for growth in sales from channels,Secure buy-in from channel leadership and introduce, track, and influence performance measures to achieve growth objectives in channels,Develop close working relationships with relevant stakeholders to leverage their reach to acquire new customers,Ensure channel compliance requirements are met and adhered to,Ensure timely, clear contracting and assessment of performance expectations with channels,Improve business decisions by providing accurate and reliable business intelligence (information) together with analyzing trends from data, andCollect and interrogate information and feedback to ensure full understanding of product performance and customer needs?You will be an ideal candidate if you: Must have a Bcom Degree qualification.Have 3-5 years' experience in a similar role or a product manager/sales manager role.Experience in managing multiple workstreams concurrently.Have a proven track record of managing and delivering initiatives from inception to completion.Life Insurance experience will be advantageous.You will have access to: Opportunities to network and collaborate.A challenging working environment that is progressive and agile.Opportunities to innovate where initiative is taken and owned end to end.We can be a match if you are: Adaptable and curious.Ability to analyze complex data sets.Thrive in a collaborative environment.Apply now if you are interested in taking the next step.
