Your Role:As a Training Specialist, you'll be instrumental in equipping our team with the knowledge and skills to excel. Your responsibilities will include:
Hosting virtual training sessions via Zoom, covering topics like policies, tools, and industry best practices. Be prepared to present on camera for 50-70% of your workday.Leading onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring they're prepared for their roles and evaluating their readiness for the next steps.Providing one-on-one and group training on advanced topics such as email marketing, SEO, e-commerce website management, data analysis, and customer service.Creating and refining training materials tailored to the needs of the team.Partnering with leadership to evaluate training outcomes and identify areas for continuous development.What We're Looking For:We value professionals who are driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about training and development.
