Groups & Incentives Specialist

Candidate requirements: Must have at least 3 years Touring groups specific experienceCommunication skills and an excellent command of the English language (spoken and written)Time & desk management including working in an orderly focused mannerThe ability to work under pressure and show initiativeAttention to detailExcellent negotiation skillsElaborating in writing explanations or descriptionsExceptionally customer focusedMust be computer literate and have an in-depth knowledge of Word and ExcelMust have a calm and professional manner of servicing agents/guestsAn independent, curious, and "can do it" natureMust have at least 3 years Touring groups specific experienceGood understanding of delivering excellent service to agents/guestsAn in-depth knowledge of Tourplan or a similar booking systemAn in-depth geographical, logistical, and product knowledge of South Africa, Botswana, Tanzania, and Kenya requiredAdditional experience in Namibia, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Zimbabwe, Zambia, and Mozambique advantageousA willingness and aptitude to learnLive-out position, remote working with 1 day a week in the office required. 8 weeks in the office paid training will be provided.
