Candidate Requirements:Must have an in-depth knowledge of the tourism industry, destination management, and customer expectationsShould have a strong understanding of terms, conditions, and markets where the company operates, along with excellent product knowledgeMust have the ability to create strategies, make commercial decisions, and conduct financial analysis and managementShould have excellent communication, organization, and time management skills, with adaptability in high-pressure situationsShould be proficient in relevant software (Tourplan, MS Office)Must possess strong analytical and negotiation skillsShould be service-oriented, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of crisis management, conflict resolution, and teamworkKey Outputs:Responsible for delivering and managing land tour programs and events across Southern and East AfricaCoordinate with Operations Manager to ensure profitability Maintain accurate, up-to-date information on confirmed services and oversee client itinerariesEnsure compliance with travel restrictions and maintain relationships with partners and suppliersAddress client complaints promptly, ensuring proper escalation to management when necessaryBe on call for emergencies, assist with special projects, and support operations and accounts teamsThis is a live-out position
