Group Treasury And Financial Reporting Manager

Key Responsibilities:Assist with quarterly audit & risk committee reportingManage corporate governance and compliance reporting (King IV)Oversee group-wide banking mattersSupport the preparation of the Integrated Annual ReportPerform monthly and quarterly finance cost calculationsHandle daily treasury functions and authorise paymentsAssist in forecasts, budgets, and cash reportingConduct financial analysis and review management accountsSupport annual external and internal audit processesProvide technical input on IFRS, taxation, and complianceDeliver ad-hoc group reporting and treasury-related projectsKey Competencies:Experience in a commercial group treasury environment (preferred, not essential)Strong financial management skills with keen analytical ability and attention to detailFamiliarity with complex group structures and IFRSProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and WordExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to handle large data sets, problem-solve, and thrive in high-pressure environmentsRequirements:CA (SA) qualification with 1-2 years post-articles experience
