Group Treasury And Financial Reporting Manager

As part of the Group Treasury team, you will gain exposure to various areas within the company and work closely with the Group Treasurer and CFO, while collaborating with other departments.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with quarterly audit & risk committee reporting Manage corporate governance and compliance reporting (King IV) Oversee group-wide banking matters Support the preparation of the Integrated Annual Report Perform monthly and quarterly finance cost calculations Handle daily treasury functions and authorise payments Assist in forecasts, budgets, and cash reporting Conduct financial analysis and review management accounts Support annual external and internal audit processes Provide technical input on IFRS, taxation, and compliance Deliver ad-hoc group reporting and treasury-related projects Key Competencies: Experience in a commercial group treasury environment (preferred, not essential) Strong financial management skills with keen analytical ability and attention to detail Familiarity with complex group structures and IFRS Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to handle large data sets, problem-solve, and thrive in high-pressure environments Requirements: CA (SA) qualification with 1-2 years post-articles experience If you're ready to take the next step in your finance career and contribute to an innovative, fast-paced company, our client invites you to apply on www.flairtm.com!
