Responsibilities: Develop and implement transfer pricing strategy Dealing with international tax compliance Country-by- country reports Transfer pricing calculations and reviewing Withholding tax calculations and compliance Dealing with foreign tax authorities Providing assistance regarding Merger and Acquisition transactions Dealing with Cross boarder transactions Reviewing tax accounts for half year and year end reporting Managing the EMEA, USA and Australia region.
