Responsibilities: Develop and implement transfer pricing strategyDealing with international tax complianceCountry-by- country reportsTransfer pricing calculations and reviewingWithholding tax calculations and complianceDealing with foreign tax authoritiesProviding assistance regarding Merger and Acquisition transactionsDealing with Cross boarder transactionsReviewing tax accounts for half year and year end reportingManaging the EMEA, USA and Australia region.
