Group Supply Chain Manager
A leading company is seeking an experienced Group Supply Chain Manager to manage global supply chain operations. This role will require developing and implementing the company's supply chain strategy, working closely with teams across different regions, and ensuring smooth operations from North America to Asia. Travel to key sites will be necessary, especially during the on-boarding phase.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a global supply chain strategy.
Lead demand forecasting, supply planning, procurement, and freight management.
Optimise supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Establish KPIs to monitor success and ensure regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with multiple departments to achieve business goals.
Manage supplier relationships and oversee change management initiatives.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
7+ years of supply chain experience, ideally in a global or regional role.
Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, demand forecasting, supplier management, and freight optimisation.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in supply chain software and analytics tools.
