Key Responsibilities: Strategic New Business Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting high-value clients in the Logistics and HR Solutions sectors.
Identify, engage, and secure partnerships with C-suite executives, leveraging your existing network to open doors and foster trust.
Drive long-term growth by generating and converting leads into sustainable business opportunities.
Revenue Generation: Lead initiatives to grow revenue across the group, with a focus on securing large-scale, high-value contracts.
Expand the groups footprint by increasing customer spend through bespoke logistics and labor solutions.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
Collaborate closely with operations management to deliver seamless service and maximize client retention.
Executive Reporting & Insights: Provide in-depth monthly reports on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience: Proven Experience: At least 57 years of senior sales or business development experience within Logistics and HR Solutions, with a strong track record of closing high-value deals.
Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of logistics operations, labor regulations, and HR industry trends.
Network: An established and active network of C-suite executives and decision-makers.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills with a focus on presentation and reporting.
Consultative Selling: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a consultative approach to sales.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
