A fast-growing financial services company close to the Somerset West area, is seeking a Group Reporting Manager to join their team and support their operations across Zambia, Tanzania, and South Africa.The new Group Reporting Manager will own the group reporting function and contribute to financial management, helping to build and improve financial structures. The role encompasses designing, implementing, and maintaining reporting structures that support the finance department, business, and clients. It includes financial management of the group's holding company and leadership of a team of four members.As a fast-growing company passionate about African business, this role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of that growth, with flexibility for occasional travel to various operational regions. Success in this role involves a thorough understanding of the business, development and documentation of the financial control environment, and effective management of group-wide reporting, audits, budgeting, and forecasting.
