The Group Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing the procurement function of the organization, developing and implementing procurement strategies for the company, and ensuring that the procurement team delivers quality services to internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in procurement and a thorough understanding of procurement & purchasing processes within large organizations.Minimum RequirementsMatric, Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.At least 10 years of experience in procurement management within a large organization.Strong knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.Experience in developing and implementing procurement strategies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver cost savings.Preferable good working knowledge of Fluid Power IndustryDriver's License.Good communication skills – Verbal and non-verbal.Microsoft Office.Responsibilities defined but not limited to the below.Develop and implement procurement strategies for the organization.Coordinate the procurement process, including supplier identification, evaluation, and selection.Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure that service level agreements are met.Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with procurement regulations and best practices.Provide guidance and support to the procurement team.Develop and manage procurement budgets, ensuring that cost savings targets are met.Analyse procurement data, identify trends, and make recommendations for process improvements.Scheduled reporting to the Head Office in GermanyAligning procurement activities with Head Office Guidelines
