Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee daily operations across multiple 5-star properties, ensuring consistency and excellence in service delivery. Collaborate with property managers to ensure all departments, including field guiding, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services, meet operational standards. Provide support and mentorship to field guides, ensuring top-quality guest experiences and compliance with safety protocols. Monitor operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to company policies and 5-star standards. Oversee staff training and development, fostering a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement. Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure seamless operations. Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests across properties. Assist with budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control to ensure financial efficiency. Requirements: A relevant qualification in hospitality management, wildlife conservation, or a related field. Proven experience in field guiding, with a minimum of FGASA Level 1 certification (higher levels preferred). A minimum of 3-5 years of operational coordination or management experience within luxury or 5-star establishments. Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and properties effectively. Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
