The Group Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the hospitality groups portfolio of properties. The role requires a dynamic and creative individual with a strong understanding of marketing principles, digital trends, and the hospitality industry. The manager will oversee all marketing activities, ensuring alignment with the groups brand identity and business goals. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy Development and Execution Develop and implement the group's overall marketing strategy, aligning with business objectives and target audiences. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights. Design and execute campaigns to increase brand awareness and revenue across all properties. 2. Brand Management Maintain and strengthen the groups brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels. Oversee the creation of content, including brochures, advertisements, and social media posts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. 3. Digital Marketing Develop and manage the groups digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media. Oversee website content updates, ensuring a user-friendly experience that promotes bookings and engagement. Analyze and report on digital marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. 4. Public Relations and Communications Manage all public relations activities, including press releases, media relations, and crisis communications. Collaborate with media partners to enhance the groups visibility in the hospitality industry. Act as a spokesperson for the group when necessary. 5. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with property managers to understand their marketing needs and tailor campaigns accordingly. Liaise with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives. Build relationships with external partners, including advertising agencies, influencers, and vendors. 6. Budget Management Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Monitor expenses to ensure adherence to budget constraints. Essential Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry. Proven experience in managing teams and developing marketing strategies. Skills and Competencies Strong leadership and team management abilities.
