Group Marketing Manager

Key responsibilities include:Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the groups luxury lodgesOverseeing digital marketing, social media, content creation, and email marketing campaignsManaging PR initiatives, media relations, and influencer partnershipsMonitoring and analyzing marketing performance metrics to optimize campaignsLeading a team of marketing professionals and collaborating with other departments (sales, operations, etc.)Managing budgets and ensuring the efficient allocation of marketing resourcesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldMinimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a management role, preferably within the luxury hospitality sectorStrong understanding of digital marketing tools, strategies, and analyticsProven experience in brand development and multi-channel marketingExcellent communication, leadership, and project management skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environmentA passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional customer experiencesKnowledge of the latest marketing trends and technologies
