Our client is looking for a Group Legal & Compliance Manager to be based in Woodmead. You should have an LLB and LLM and be an Admitted Attorney. You should have in-depth knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation in the ICT sector. Conduct and lead contract negotiations ensuring the best legal and commercial outcome for the company. Responsible for all Group legal compliance (ICASA, BBBEE, POPI, Company Law, etc.).
