Group Legal & Compliance Manager

Overall responsibility for all legal engagements with Customers, Suppliers and other stakeholders. Conduct and lead contract negotiations ensuring best legal and commercial outcome for the company. Responsible for all Group legal compliance (ICASA, BBBEE, POPI, Company Law etc). Understand and manage the company's regulatory compliance with Telco law outside of South Africa.Knowledge:In depth knowledge and understanding of;commercial lawlaw of delictcontractual lawemployment legislation (BCEA, LRA)ICASAPOPIBBBEE in the ICT SectorMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:LLB, LLM, must be an admitted attorneyIn-depth knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation in ICT sector (local and international)MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:5 to 8 years related experience post admission in corporateIT/ telecommunications sector experience will be an advantage
