Group Internal Audit Manager

Head Office of a listed concern based in Jhb North has a new opportunity for a Group Internal Audit Manager to join their team.
The purpose of the role is to lead and oversee the internal audit function across the organisation, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation and process efficiency.
The role involves planning, executing and reporting on audits whilst providing valuable insights to improve operational performance and safeguard assets.
Collaborate with senior management, audit and risk committees and external stakeholders to maintain a robust control environment.
Successful incumbent will have a B.Com (Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Internal Audit, Business Admin or related qualification in Finance), CPA / CA(SA), CIMA or IIA preferred.
A minimum of 5-10 years experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management or a related field is essential with 3 years in a leadership or managerial role preferably within the Manufacturing sector .
Valid drivers license essential due to travel requirements.
Duties include: Audit Planning and Execution; Risk Management and Compliance; Reporting and Communication; Lead and Mentor divisional finance teams across the organisation regarding financial and operational controls, ensuring high performance; foster a culture of integrity, transparency and continuous improvement; and Stakeholder Engagement
