Group Infrastructure & Operations Lead

As our Global Infrastructure and Operations (I&O) Lead, you will be accountable for managing a network of third-party relationships, including those with our Croatian-based Microsoft partner (SPAN) and our outsourced South African-based Service Desk partner (DSG), ensuring essential services are delivered efficiently and effectively to our global markets.
Your objectives will include creating and developing a community of interest around Infrastructure and Operations (I&O), ensuring active engagement from our four main markets (South Africa, UK and Ireland, Australia and New Zealand and North America. Additionally, you will spearhead the integration of I&O processes within South Africa (either with partners, or via the local market Tech teams) on behalf of the market CIO's and develop a roadmap for further service migration where it makes sense to do so from an operational, commercial and/or changing lives perspective.
You will work very closely with the CTO of South Africa to build the capability to cost effectively service Nando's global technology operations.
You will work very closely and as a peer of the in-market service leads to create a collation of support for your proposals. You will need to balance local market needs with cross market global needs through consultation, collaboration, thought leadership, empathy, drive, and determination.
