Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient HR function that is aligned with the Namaqua Group's strategic goals. The incumbent will be expected to successfully implement HR strategy and deliver, in conjunction with HR staff located in Namaqua Wines' offices throughout the country, an effective HR service within the Group.
