Job detailsHere's how the job details align with your profile.Job typeFull-timePermanentLocationMuldersdrif, GautengFull job descriptionVACANT POSITION – Group HR and IR ManagerRecreation Africa Leisure (PTY) Ltd, requires the services of a Group HR and IR Manager.The Group HR and IR Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of HR operations and providing strategic support for the HR function in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance and administration to align with organizational objectives, fostering a professional, productive and positive work environment.Key Performance Areas:Ensure HR initiatives are aligned with the overall business strategies within the Group.Provide HR support and advice to Managers and staff, serves as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters.Manage Labour Relations – Internal Disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with Company policy.Lead HR risk management strategies, including Labour Relations, employee grievances, excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.Ensure compliance with health and safety standards regulations in the workplace.Represent the organisation at the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA).Ensure that all human resource policies, practices and procedures are following local and national labour laws.Oversee and manage all HR related administration, appointment and termination documentation, conducting exit interviews.Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews and hiring decisions.Oversee and manage the organisational performance management system.Manage probationary reviews, employee evaluations and terminations.Compile HR related monthly reports, maintain accurate employee records and generate monthly reports on HR metrics such as turnover.Ensure that the WSP submissions are done timeously.Submission of the Employment Equity reporting.Facilitate employment equity target setting and monitor profile, ensure that the EE committee meetings take place quarterly.Minimum Requirements:Degree in Human Resources or a related degree.Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR Management.In-depth knowledge of Labour Relations Legislation.In-depth knowledge of Industrial Relations.In-depth knowledge of Payroll.In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices, grievance procedures, conflict handling, legal procedures and health and safety compliance.Familiar with Hospitality Industry standards.Results-oriented, adaptable with proven drive and follow-through in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills to make recommendations and decisions based on solid assumptions.Policy writing skills.Work well in a stressful environment, excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.Employee wellness, rewards, and recognitions.Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.Excellent organizational, time and project management skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently, as well as in a team setting.Please send your CV with your supporting documentation to Linda O 'Dwyer at ****** by no later than 31 October 2024.Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
