You'll be at the helm of creating tailored solutions, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving sustainable growth in a competitive market.What You'll Be Doing:Craft and implement an ambitious Wholesale Banking strategy to capture market opportunities.Develop and execute innovative marketing and sales strategies for the Wholesale Banking Group.Lead the creation of cutting-edge products and services that resonate with customers.Nurture and grow strategic customer relationships, ensuring loyalty and satisfaction.Oversee the credit risk framework, fostering robust risk management practices.Manage low-cost funding strategies while enhancing overall business performance.Represent the bank as a trusted ambassador and deliver insightful reports to the Executive Director of Wholesale Banking.Who We're Looking For:A trailblazer with a BSc Degree (or equivalent) in any discipline.Holder of banking certifications like ACIB or similar is preferred.10+ years of proven expertise in the banking sector, including 6+ years in senior leadership roles focused on marketing, business development, or relationship management.A natural leader with exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.A Namibian citizen or permanent resident fluent in English.How to Apply:
