You'll be at the helm of creating tailored solutions, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving sustainable growth in a competitive market.Key Responsibilities:Develop and drive an innovative Wholesale Banking strategy to seize market opportunities.Create and execute forward-thinking marketing and sales initiatives for the Wholesale Banking Group.Lead the design and launch of impactful products and services that meet customer needs.Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients, ensuring long-term loyalty.Manage the credit risk framework, ensuring effective risk management practices.Oversee cost-efficient funding strategies to optimize business performance.Act as a trusted representative of the bank, providing insightful reports to the Executive Director of Wholesale Banking.Who We're Looking For:A trailblazer with a BSc Degree (or equivalent) in any discipline.Holder of banking certifications like ACIB or similar is preferred.10+ years of proven expertise in the banking sector, including 6+ years in senior leadership roles focused on marketing, business development, or relationship management.A natural leader with exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.A Namibian citizen or permanent resident fluent in English.
